These Terms govern your use of grtgasz.com (the "Site") and any service you receive from Hearthridge Propane & Gas Co. ("Hearthridge," "we," "us"). By using the Site or our services you accept these Terms.
The Site is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates law, infringes our intellectual property, or interferes with normal operation.
Propane delivery and service work are governed by a separate written services agreement signed at account setup. Where these Terms and that agreement conflict, the signed services agreement controls.
Quotes given by phone or email reflect our current posted rates and remain valid for seven business days unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery. Past-due accounts may be assessed a service fee in accordance with Kentucky law.
Scheduled deliveries may be rescheduled at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Service appointments cancelled the same day may be subject to a trip fee. Refunds for prepaid propane are issued at the price-per-gallon paid, minus any installation or service charges incurred.
You agree to maintain reasonable access to your tank and gas meter for our delivery and service personnel, and to notify us promptly of any suspected leak, damage to the tank or regulator, or change in occupancy.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the cost of the specific service or fuel that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
All content on the Site — text, logo, photography, layout — is owned by Hearthridge Propane & Gas Co. or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Site without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Floyd County, Kentucky.
