After hours

Outside business hours, we still pick up.

Our after-hours line rolls to the on-call driver's cell phone. For existing customers inside our coverage area, we guarantee a person on the road within one hour for true gas emergencies (suspected leak, no-heat in freezing conditions, pilot failure on a water heater serving a household with infants or elderly residents).

For non-emergency after-hours calls (a low tank discovered Sunday morning, say), we'll book you first thing Monday and won't charge an emergency fee unless you specifically ask for an off-route delivery.
