And when they don't, we'll tell you honestly — and usually who to call instead.
Most of our customers heat their homes with propane, and most of those also use it for cooking, hot water, and a fireplace or two. We size your delivery cadence to the way you actually live — not a generic estimate based on square footage.
Auto-fill route. We track degree-days and your historic usage and show up before your gauge dips below 25%. You don't think about it.
Will-call. Call us when your gauge hits 30% and we'll be there within four business days, faster if weather is bad.
Tank monitoring. Optional cellular sensor that sends us your level once a day. Free of charge for auto-fill customers.
We service restaurants, greenhouses, working farms, contractors with temporary heat needs, and a couple of industrial sites along the river. Volume customers get dedicated pricing, signed annual rate locks, and weeknight refill windows so we're not blocking your loading dock at lunchtime.
Cylinder swaps or bulk tanks. We can hold a spare on standby during your busy seasons.
Winter heating contracts with locked rates from October through March. Tank monitoring included.
Brooders, grain dryers, supplemental barn heat. Flexible delivery during planting and harvest.
Temporary heat for new builds, torch fuel for roofers, and short-term cylinder rentals.
Cylinder exchange programs with documented inspections and a dedicated swap cage on-site.
Refueling and annual exercise checks for backup generators at clinics, banks, and water-treatment sites.
Whether it's a new build or a swap-out for an aging tank, the install crew is Sarah and Daniel (or Frank, on the bigger ones). We pull every permit, schedule the inspection, and pressure-test every line at 1.5× working pressure with a recorded gauge run.
Above-ground. 120, 250, 500, and 1,000 gallon ASME tanks, painted reflective white, set on a code-compliant pad with the regulator dated and tagged.
Underground. Cathodically protected steel, professionally trenched and backfilled, with a flush-mount dome and lockable lid.
Conversion work. Switching from electric? We coordinate with your HVAC contractor and handle the gas-side install end-to-end.
If it burns propane, we'll work on it. Daniel is NATE-certified, carries a full van inventory of the common parts, and won't sell you a new appliance unless yours is genuinely past saving.
