For more than two decades, neighbors across Floyd, Pike, and Johnson counties have trusted Hearthridge for honest propane delivery, careful tank installs, and gas-appliance work that holds up through Appalachian winters.
Hearthridge was started in a back-of-the-truck office on Leroy Lane by Frank Murphy after fifteen years driving for a regional propane co-op. Today we run four certified bobtails and a service van — small enough that you'll recognize the voice when you call, big enough to keep your tank topped through January.
Every quote we give is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges layered on at delivery, no "winter premiums," no contract auto-renewals you have to call three times to cancel. The mountains are hard enough without that.

Auto-fill route or call-when-you-need-it. Tanks from 120 gal to 1,000 gal, refilled on a schedule that matches the way you actually use gas.
Restaurants, greenhouses, farms, and contractors. Volume pricing, signed lock-in rates, and dedicated weeknight refill windows.
Above-ground, underground, and split-system installs. Permitting handled, line pressure tested, and a written commissioning report in your hand the same day.
Furnaces, water heaters, ranges, fireplaces, generators. We diagnose, repair, and tag for safety — no parts upsell unless it's truly necessary.
Pilot out at midnight in February? We're on the road within an hour for existing customers across our coverage map.
Rather not own the steel? Lease a sized-for-your-home tank and we'll handle every inspection, repaint, and recertification for you.
A scheduled walk-through, usually within three business days. We measure clearances, look at draw, and write you a flat quote on the spot.
Permits pulled, lines pressure-tested at 1.5× working pressure, regulators dated and tagged. You'll watch us bleed the lines together.
We schedule the first delivery the same week as install. You get a printed delivery slip, not a vague text message.
Auto-fill customers get a postcard each fall confirming next year's schedule. Will-calls keep our number on the fridge.
"Frank came out the same afternoon the wind storm took down our regulator. Reasonable, didn't try to sell me a new tank, just fixed it."
"We switched our greenhouse from the big-name supplier two winters ago. Lower per-gallon rate and a real person who picks up. That's the whole review."
"They installed our 500-gallon underground tank without tearing up the drive. Whole crew was tidy and the inspector loved their paperwork."
No. We ask for a signed services agreement that spells out responsibilities on both sides — but there are no minimum-volume clauses and no early-termination fees. Stay because we earn it.
We post a base per-gallon rate every Monday morning based on Mont Belvieu spot, plus a flat transportation fee for your route. Auto-fill accounts get an additional fixed-rate window each fall covering October through March.
Yes. If you own your tank, we'll inspect, retag, and start delivery as soon as the next route day. If your current tank is leased, we'll help you arrange a swap.
